Terms & Conditions and Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. General Information

These Terms & Conditions and Cancellation & Refund Policy (“Terms”) govern the use of the website and services provided by The Inner Arts Academy (“the Academy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website, enrolling in any training, program, supervision, event, or purchasing any service or product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not proceed with enrollment or use of our services.

2. Scope of Services

The Academy offers:

  • Professional education and training in hypnotherapy, regression therapy, and related disciplines

  • Online and in-person courses, workshops, masterclasses, and supervised practice

  • Educational materials and certificates of participation or completion (where applicable)

  • All services are educational and professional in nature and do not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, or legal treatment.

3. Eligibility and Admission

Programs are intended for adults (18+).

Some trainings require prior qualifications or an application process.

Admission and certification are granted at the Academy’s discretion and subject to meeting attendance, participation, and ethical requirements.

4. Enrollment and Participation

Enrollment is confirmed only after payment of the required deposit or full tuition.

Participants are expected to attend sessions, engage respectfully, and follow professional and ethical standards.

Online sessions may require cameras on and active participation unless otherwise agreed.

Certification may be withheld if program requirements are not met.

5. Fees and Payments

All fees are stated in euros (€) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits secure a participant’s place and cover administrative and preparation costs.

Payment plans are binding once agreed.

Failure to meet payment obligations may result in suspension or termination of participation without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All training content, materials, manuals, recordings, slides, and written works remain the intellectual property of the Academy and/or its lead instructor.

Participants may use materials for personal learning and professional development only.

Materials may not be copied, distributed, recorded, shared, or used for teaching or training others without written permission.

7. Confidentiality and Group Safety

Participants agree to respect the confidentiality of:

  • Personal information shared by other participants

  • Case material, experiential processes, and group work

Breach of confidentiality may result in removal from the program without refund.

8. Ethical Conduct

Participants are expected to conduct themselves with professionalism, respect, and integrity.

The Academy reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unethical, or harmful to the learning environment. Removal under these circumstances does not entitle the participant to a refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Academy is not liable for:

  • Decisions made by participants in their personal or professional lives

  • Client outcomes, loss of income, or business impact

  • Emotional or psychological responses arising from personal development work

  • Participation is voluntary and undertaken at the participant’s own responsibility.

10. Cancellation & Refund Policy

10.1 Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law)

For distance purchases, you have the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days of purchase provided the training or service has not yet started.

If the training begins within the 14-day period and you access materials or attend sessions, you waive this right in accordance with EU law.

10.2 Participant Cancellation – Before Training Starts

Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email.

Enrollment deposits are non-refundable.

Any additional payments beyond the deposit may be refunded minus administrative fees, if applicable.

10.3 Participant Cancellation – After Training Has Started

No refunds are issued once the training has commenced.

This applies regardless of attendance, partial participation, or early withdrawal.

Payment plans remain binding even if the participant discontinues.

10.4 Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of serious illness or exceptional life events, the Academy may, at its discretion:

Offer a deferral to a future cohort, or provide a credit toward another program

Supporting documentation may be requested. Refunds are not guaranteed.

10.5 Cancellation or Changes by the Academy

If the Academy cancels or significantly reschedules a program:

Participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future cohort

The Academy is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other external costs.

10.6 Missed Sessions and Digital Content

Missed sessions do not entitle participants to a refund.

Digital products, recordings, and downloadable materials are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.

11. Modifications

The Academy reserves the right to modify programs, schedules, instructors, or materials when necessary. Significant changes will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights.
